How long have you been a Realtor? How long have your firm been in business?
How many homes have you listed or sold within the past year?
Are you familiar with homes in my neighborhood, and if "yes" tell me how you are familiar?
Can I obtain a copy of your resume?
Will you try to sell me one of your listed properties before you show me listings from other real estate companies?
Do you have information about For Sale By Owner properties?
Do you have expertise in buying luxury real estate? (If this is the type of property you are looking for.)
Do you have expertise in buying vacation homes? (If this is what you are looking for.)
If I decided to list (or buy) with you, what is your marketing plan (or purchasing plan)?
What kind of continuing education or training have you taken?
